POLICE have charged a man with the murder of a 38-year-old who collapsed in McDonald's.
Daniel Allsop was found fighting for his life inside the restaurant in Blackpool after he was seriously assaulted.


He was raced to hospital where tragically he died in the days that followed.
The horror unfolded on Monday October 2, and police arrested a man on suspicion of murder on Friday.
Cops this morning said they have now charged Mali Wright, 29, over the killing.
He will today appear in Blackpool Magistrates Court.

Lancashire Police said: "At around 4.30pm on Monday (October 2) 38-year-old Daniel was assaulted on Bethesda Road.
"A short time later he collapsed in McDonald's on Bank Hey Street and was taken to hospital.
"Daniel sadly died as a result of his injuries on Wednesday evening.
"A Home Office postmortem examination established that the cause of Daniel’s death was blunt force trauma."

The force is still urging anyone who witnessed the crime to come forward.
The officers continued: "We are continuing to appeal for witnesses and are particularly keen to hear from anybody who saw a disturbance or anything suspicious on Bethesda Road at around 4.30pm on Monday.
"We would also ask people to check their dashcam, doorbell, CCTV and any mobile phone footage from the area to see if they have captured anything which could help our inquiry.
